Mandatory Marching Band Meeting

The Mandatory Marching Band Meeting for the 2024-2025 Marching Band season will take place on Monday, April 15, 2024 in the LMHS Band Room at 7:00 pm.

Payment Plans

  1. Pay in Full
    • Marching Band fees are due the first day of Band Camp, Monday, August 5, 2024.
    • If Marching Band fees are not in FULL by the first day of Band Camp, your student will not be permitted to participate.  Please email if you need financial assistance or an an alternate payment plan.  
  2. Three (3) Equal Payments, Due:
    • Wednesday, June 5, 2024
    • Friday, July 5, 2024
    • Monday, August 5, 2024
  3.  Two (2) Equal Payments, Due:
    • Wednesday, June 5, 2024
    • 1st day of Band Camp - Monday, August 5, 2024.


Uniform costs must be paid in full by May 31th, 2024

  • Must be paid in FULL
  • Payment types include cash, check or credit card.
  • Checks should be made out to Little Miami Band Boosters & include the student's name in the check's memo line.
  • Processing fees of $2.9% +$0.30 will be added for ALL credit card payments.


  • If your student decides not to continue in Band, a refund request must be submitted in writing to
  • There will be NO refunds after May 31, 2024.  You will receive no uniform pieces.
